The Ecole du Vin et des Terroirs is a non-profit organization founded by personalities from Burgundy wine world. Its goal is to broaden the knowledge concerning vine and wines by offering new points of view, with an ecological, environmental and humanistic approach. The Ecole du Vin et des Terroirs organizes seminars (one half-day to two days long) focusing on the comprehension of soils, wine techniques, biodynamics, tasting, botany, and many other topics…
Each seminar is animated by a remarkable personality, specialist in the field. Part of the exchanges proceeds in room, but the priority is given to the observation outside in the vineyards. The number of participants is voluntarily very limited (12 people maximum in general) so that each one can enjoy at best the seminar.
